Who is Manon Tournant?
"I am 29 years old and I live where the wind takes me, as long as there is sunshine! Curious about the mechanics of human relationships and allergic to small talk, I share my learnings via my content creation."
What do you do for a living?
"I am an executive coach, helping managers to better manage their emotions. As a content creator, I share the podcast "L'ascenseur émotionnel" and a newsletter to learn about yourself and slow down."
Tell us more about your podcast.
"My podcast highlights the ups and downs we all go through in entrepreneurship. I invite different entrepreneurs to share their stories. I wanted to create a bubble of sincerity and vulnerability, so that each listener can choose what resonates with them."
"The only guideline is to explore with transparency the emotional management of my guests! There is no advice or moralising speeches."
Why talk about emotions?
"It's all about emotions. There is a terrible lack of education on this universal subject. I wanted to show people that what they felt was legitimate. You don't have to be a 'robot' or a 'shark' to succeed in business. Ambition and sanity can co-exist."
Does it help you personally?
"I feel challenged on a daily basis when faced with the problems of the people I accompany, which gives me a lot of material to take a step back myself on certain situations."
People who have helped you?
"My friends Ulysse Lubin, Arthur Auboeuf and Amélie Libessart, who also gave their testimonies on my podcast."
A striking testimony?
"Each episode is an invitation into the world of my guest. I'm a big believer in the power of cumulative effects, and I think it's the same with my podcast. Each exchange brings me a new emotion, and the whole thing evolves my overall view on the subject!"
