And after this job?

"I had a burn-out and a big depression. I didn't know what to do anymore, I was at rock bottom. Suddenly, I had an intuition: create content and videos around mental health! I started training to help people."

Via what medium?

"Videos and texts on Insta, TikTok and Youtube as well as coaching and even conferences now!"

What about your podcast?

"It's called 'L'école de la Vie' and it's about personal development and mental health. I have solo episodes and others with inspirational guests."

Hard to talk about when you're hurting?

"I was expressing things I needed to hear, it's very therapeutic! I thought if it could help just one person, that's fabulous. I thought if it could help just one person, that's great.

Does talking about it make you feel better?

"It's mostly tools that have helped me. Trying to stop running away from my unpleasant feelings and welcoming them, accepting what I feel. Changing my inner dialogue as well, meditating, sport,..."
